They wrote of a 25% increase of atmospheric carbon dioxide by the year 2000. Soapstone is a metamorphic rock with properties that make it suitable for a variety of projects. Over hundreds of millions of years (at least), these ozone-forming and destroying reactions have generally been in equilibrium, forming a balanced cycle within the greater cycle of atmospheric oxygen. This report maps climate vulnerability hotspots in Mali, West Africa, using a spatial vulnerability index comprised of 18 indicators grouped into three vulnerability components: climate exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity.
